When the founder, Len Norman, returned to Australia after his stay in Singapore, he launched Conquest Consulting Pty Ltd in May 1999. At its essence, Conquest Consulting is a consultancy set up to help organisations manage their Intellectual Capital by utilising Talent Management Forensics (TMF), a concept invented by Len Norman.
